Version 2 Scavenge Pump Performance Increase

Extended temperature spec.
We've concluded additional performance testing on our our popular TWX-12VESP175 electric scavenge pump. We have raised the maximum fluid temperature specification from 260F to 275F. We have tested a battery of pumps at greater than 280F over hundreds of hours of continuous operation with no failures or degradation in performance.

In most turbo scavenging applications, the discharge oil temps are far lower - usually around 200F-220F. In severe racing applications they can reach peaks of 250F. But if discharge oil temps get much beyond this, oil starts to break down quickly. Discharge temps beyond 250F are considered abnormal, and should be corrected.
