Product Warranty/Terms
of Sales
Warranty valid only for
genuine TurboWerx products purchased from authorized
resellers. Unless specified otherwise, TurboWerx offers a
limited warranty on all products from the date of sale for
a period of 90-days, except as noted - extended to 2-years
for Exa-Pump® products. Warranty covers defects in
materials and workmanship. TurboWerx does not warrant any
product for any specific application, including racing.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. Warrant
valid only with proof of purchase (sales receipt/invoice)
from TurboWerx or TurboWerx official reseller. Warranty is
not transferrable. Warranty is void from any
misapplication, misuse, abuse, exceeded
specifications/ratings, improper installation, or acts of
God. Warranty also void if product is modified, or
disassembled. TurboWerx will determine validity of warranty
claim based on inspection and analysis of parts returned to
TurboWerx. TurboWerx will, at its discretion, repair or
replace any products found defective under the conditions
set-forth herein. In the event replacement product not
available, TurboWerx reserves to the right to choose a
substitute of the nearest equivalent part available.
TurboWerx may refuse sales or support to any company or
individual with an application or environment that exhibits
misapplication, misuse, abuse, exceeded
specifications/ratings, or improper installation of
TurboWerx products. This includes sales from official
resellers, and private resales.
TurboWerx reserves the right to improve, alter, or
discontinue any product or product's specification at any
time without notice. All sales final. However, if
Turbowerx, at its sole discretion, decides to accept a
product back for a refund , a restocking fee of 20% will
apply and shipping costs are never included/refunded.
TurboWerx will dispose of any item(s) left beyond 30
calendar days (including time for settlement of any
outstanding invoice) after communicated (phone call or
email) date ready to ship or be picked up.
